| Oscar Mormeneo a resident of south Florida started working as a staff
adjuster for Kemper Insurance Company in 1979 until 1990, as an appraiser/adjuster for auto and property losses. |

During the many years
working for Kemper he received continued training, and worked many daily claims and catastrophe losses.
In 1989 he became licensed as a 220 all lines insurance agent . In February 1990 he left Kemper Insurance and worked
as an independent agent and with Prudential Insurance Company in financial services until 1992, when Hurricane Andrew hit us in south Florida .
Immediately after hurricane Andrew Oscar became an independent catastrophe adjuster . Oscar has worked many catastrophe losses
while working with Kemper and since 1992 after hurricane Andrew he incorporated and worked for many insurance companies doing losses for them
as an independent adjuster. |
| In 2004 Oscar sold his independent business and started working for Poe Financial Companies as
a staff property adjuster adjusting regular daily claims and as a catastrophe adjuster.
In May of 2005 Oscar transferred his license from an independent adjuster to become a Public Adjuster and founded HomeOwner Claims Public
Adjusters right before hurricane Katrina (August 25, 2005) and helped many home owners deal with the frustration of getting through their
property claims. To date he continues to help home owners with their property claims making every step of the way Stress Free.

| Oscar V. Mormeneo, his son, joined the independent adjusting company in 1996 appraising/adjusting both auto and property claims for many insurance companies. In 2004 after they sold the company he started working for United Auto Insurance.
In 2005 he transferred his license from an independent adjuster to become a Public Adjuster, he joined forces again with his father, and they have been working together since.
