has certain language that will limit or exclude your claim unless you act right away.Critical decisions
must be made to protect your biggest investment, your family, home, personal property, and business.

follow the duties after a loss; a condition of your insurance policy, so that we can file your claim as soon as possible. |

| Below are a few items that we need from you to conduct a proper evaluation |
- Make your property available for inspection (we will schedule an appointment)
- Have a list of the damages ready for us
- Make available your homeowner insurance policy that correspond to the loss
- Make available any receipts for temporary or emergency repairs
- Make available all receipts for permanent repairs
- Make available a list and all documentation from prior insurance claims (all claims)
- Make sure that all insured are present when we perform the FREE evaluation (look at your insurance
policy declaration page to find out who is the insured on the policy)
